Some network-connected Players may lose network settings when you disconnect them from the power source and reconnect it, requiring you to add the Player to the BluOS Controller App again.
You will notice this if the Player’s Status Indicator LED turns solid Green after a power cycle, indicating the Player has lost its network credentials and returned to Hotspot Mode, requiring setup again.
Note: Solid Purple indicates the Hotspot mode has timed out (after 15 minutes). Press and hold the PLAY/PAUSE button for 5 seconds to re-enable Hotspot Mode.
This issue is caused by an internal storage error where customization is written to the Player.
You can resolve this error by performing a Factory Reset of the Player.
After you perform the factory reset of the Player, reconnect the BluOS Player to the network.
