When listening to music, the music stops playing and the App shows a Player Notification message that says Cannot access file: Host is down.
The network source the music is stored on is no longer accessible to the BluOS Player. The message will also list the file name as /var/mnt/COMPUTER-Share/... where COMPUTER is the name of the network source or Host such as a NAS, Windows PC, Macbook or Bluesound Vault. Please ensure this source hosting the files is active on the network. If it is in fact off, restart it and once restored, clear the message and again try playing the track.
If the message returns, please wait two minutes and try a second time.
