BluOS has four different ways to save and recall Playlists for your music;
- Local Playlists
- My iPhone/iPad Playlists
- Imported Playlists
- Music Service Playlists
All can be easily accessed under My Playlists in the Navigation Drawer.
Local Playlists are saved directly to the BluOS Ecosystem in your home. They can be made up of songs from your Local Sources and from any compatible Streaming Service that offers their content as individual tracks.
In the BluOS App for Windows or OS X, they are found in the Main Menu of your selected player.
My iPhone/iPad Playlists are local Playlists stored on your iPhone/iPad.
My iPhone/iPad Playlists are local to the iOS device so are not available in the BluOS App for Windows or OS X. Playlists are not standard on Android smartphones or tablets. We do not import .M3U playlists stored on Android devices.
Imported Playlists are made from .M3U playlist files, found in the shared folders from your Computer or NAS drives that you may link to your BluOS Players.
In the BluOS App for Windows or OS X, they are found in the Main Menu under Library -> Playlists.
Music Service Playlists are loaded from the internet via your preferred music services. They can be made by users with the official applications of the music services or served up as curated content from the music service.
In the BluOS App for Windows or OS X, they are found in their respective Music Services. Select your music service from the Main Menu of your selected player, and then select “Favorites”.
