If you are receiving the error message Broken Pipe this indicates an interruption in connectivity between your Music Service and your BluOS Player. The error is sent by the Music Service Provider and appears when the BluOS Player was unable to receive content and empties the playback buffer within a reasonable time frame.
Simply clear the error and re-select the desired track. If the problem returns, please select Reboot on the Diagnostics page of the Help Menu.
If the problem persists, let us know by selecting Send Support Request from the Help Menu so we may review your Player's log file.
