BluOS supports Home Theater grouping with the following compatible players to provide a surround sound listening experience.
|Compatible Front Channels||Compatible Rear Channels|
|PULSE SOUNDBAR+||PULSE FLEX 2i|
|POWERNODE (N330)||POWERNODE (N330)|
|M10 V2||POWERNODE 2i (with HDMI)|
|POWERNODE 2i (with HDMI)||POWERNODE|
|PULSE SOUNDBAR 2i||POWERNODE 2|
|PULSE SOUNDBAR||POWERNODE 2i|
A combination of any generation PULSE FLEX speakers can be used for the rear channels of the grouping. For example, a PULSE FLEX 2i can be configured as the rear right channel, and a PULSE FLEX is configured as the rear left channel.
Also, you can always pair PULSE SUB+ or PULSE SUB* with the front channel players to create a dramatic soundscape for the audio.
PULSE SOUNDBAR+ has a dedicated Wi-Fi module, to connect directly with PULSE SUB+ and PULSE FLEX 2i without using the local home network, providing a complete low latency wireless surround sound experience even in a noisy network.
For information on creating a Home Theater Group, refer to our Help Center article.
- An external audio input should be connected to the player configured as the front channel.
- A Home Theater Group can only output Dolby Digital content to the rear speakers.
- When using POWERNODE models as a rear channel setup, the LEFT SPEAKER (+/-) terminal should be connected to the room’s left side speaker and vice versa.
- *PULSE SUB cannot pair wirelessly with PULSE SOUNDBAR+ due to PULSE SUB’s hardware limitations.
