Amazon users who migrated from Amazon Music Unlimited to Amazon Music Prime receive this error on streaming devices. Amazon recently identified an Application error that allowed Prime users to still access premium content available only for Unlimited users from the saved Playlist/Favorites.
Amazon has fixed this error on their servers. When Prime users try to play these previously saved premium content from Playlist/Favorites – Amazon sends this error notification.
To resolve this, perform the following steps:
- In the BluOS Controller App, under the left Navigation Drawer, select Music Services.
- Select Amazon and select log out.
- Select Help > Diagnostics > Reboot. Wait for the BluOS Player to restart.
- Select Music Services > Amazon. Sign in with Amazon credentials.
Also, try editing the Playlist or Favorites to remove the premium content.
If the problem persists, or if you are an Amazon Music Unlimited user – please contact Amazon for further assistance.
