When listening to TIDAL or other Music Services, the music stops and the App shows;
Remote Service Error: No such device or address TIDAL:nnnnnn
- or -
Error remote service: Requested sound quality is not allowed in user's subscription
These errors are caused by a mismatch of login credentials between the BluOS App and the Music Service and can occur in cases such as a password has changed or subscription expired or for other reasons.
- Please select More Music from the App and log out of your subscription Music Service
- Select Help, Diagnostics and Reboot the BluOS Player
- Once restarted, select More Music and log back into the Music Service.
If problems persist after that, please select Help, Send Support Request and the BluOS Support Crew will review your log file and reach out to you.
