BluOS users can now download and retrieve the data generated by all their BluOS devices connected across their network, easily, securely and directly.
On desktop BluOS Controller Apps:
- Go to Help > About > Request Data
On mobile BluOS Controller Apps:
- Go to Settings > Help & Support > About > Request Data
Save the "device-logs.txt" file to your device.
