If you are unable to log into Apple Music and the process gets stuck after tapping Allow, the issue is typically caused by browser privacy settings.
Safari's privacy features can block the authorization callback required for Apple Music to return to the BluOS player, preventing sign-in from completing.
Resolution
1. Check for Private Browsing
Apple Music authorization can fail when the sign-in page opens in a Safari Private Browsing tab.
2. Check Safari Tracking Protection
On iOS/iPadOS:
Settings → Apps → Safari → Advanced → Advanced Tracking and Fingerprinting Protection
- If set to All Browsing, change it to Private Browsing and try again.
- If the issue persists, set it to None temporarily and retry.
3. Try Another Browser
If Safari continues to fail, some users have successfully completed sign-in using Microsoft Edge as their default browser.
